Astro Boy - Omega Factor is a beat 'em up video game developed by Treasure and Hitmaker and published by Sega. It was released on the Game Boy Advance on December 18, 2003 in Japan and August 18, 2004 in North America and Europe. In Japan, it received critical acclaim and earned high scores. It is a sequel to the popular 1998 Game Boy Advance title. While it was initially considered a flop, its popularity has since grown considerably.

The game features a wide range of gameplay mechanics. It is a horizontally scrolling shooter, allowing the player to use various weapons to defeat robotic enemies. It also features a light-hearted storyline and generous difficulty settings. Its main character, Tobio Tenma, is killed in a car accident. Dr. Tenma then brings him back to life as a robot, transforming him into a new weapon.
